The exhibition “I am speaking my truth…” Memoirs, Memos, Mementos, Recollections, Narratives”, on the memoirs of Greek warriors, was launched on 30 November 2021 and lasted until 30 April 2022.
Hundreds of individuals, organized groups and school parties visited the exhibition and there was also great interest about the online events happening around the exhibition. For the cause of the exhibition and given the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the Hellenic Parliament Foundation planned and delivered a series of online discussions called Exhibition Readings.
Throughout this series of discussions, eight renowned historians and scholars shed light – each one using their own research and offering their personal perspective – on an author and his work or a particular event as these were portrayed in the warriors’ Memoirs.
